How to order

Pick a colour and size on the product page. If you're between sizes, check the Size guide or message us on WhatsApp. Pieces marked Pre-order are made after you order. The product page shows when they will ship.

Tap Checkout in your bag. To place an order you need a Malika account. Enter your WhatsApp number or email, and we'll send a 6-digit verification code. Then create a password. Your bag is saved while you sign up.

Add your shipping address and pick a courier. Shipping fees are calculated live by Biteship based on your district and the weight of your order. If your bag has both ready-stock and pre-order pieces, it ships in 2 parcels and both shipping fees apply.

After you place the order you'll see the exact amount to transfer and our BCA account. The last 3 digits of the amount are a unique code that identifies your order, so please transfer the exact amount.

Your items are held for 30 minutes. Transfer, then tap Payment complete before the timer runs out. You can also upload your transfer receipt to help us confirm faster.

We check the transfer and confirm your payment. You'll get an update on WhatsApp or email at each step, and you can follow your order in My account › My orders.
