Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all purchases on this website, operated by Malika (Modelano). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

• You need an account verified with a WhatsApp number or email to place an order.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed with your account.
• Please give accurate details. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are added at checkout.
• We do our best to show colours accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen.
• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we'll contact you before confirming the order, and you may cancel it.

• An order is placed when you tap Place order. It is confirmed when we verify your full payment.
• Payment is by BCA bank transfer of the exact amount shown, including the unique code.
• Items are held for 30 minutes. If you don't tap Payment complete in time, the order expires automatically.
• We may cancel an order if payment can't be verified, if stock is no longer available, or if we suspect fraud. If you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund.

Pre-order pieces are paid in full and shipped within the estimated window shown on the product page. The Pre-order policy forms part of these terms.

Vouchers are subject to the conditions shown with them, such as minimum spend, dates and the number of uses. They can't be exchanged for cash, and only one voucher can be used per order.

All photos, designs, text and the Malika name and logo belong to Malika and may not be used without our written permission.

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, banks or events outside our control, but we'll help you resolve them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
