Payment guide

We accept bank transfer to our BCA account. The account number and name are shown on the payment page after you place an order.

Every order total ends with a 3-digit unique code, for example Rp 1.775.347. The code is how we match your transfer to your order. Please transfer the exact amount, including the last 3 digits. If you transfer a different amount, confirming your payment may take longer.

When you place an order, we hold your items for 30 minutes. The timer is shown on the Payment complete button.

• Transfer the amount, then tap Payment complete before the timer reaches 0:00.
• If the timer runs out first, the order expires and the items are released for other customers. You're welcome to order again.
• Once you've tapped Payment complete, your items stay reserved while we check the transfer.

Uploading your transfer receipt is optional, but it helps us confirm your payment faster. We accept JPG, PNG or PDF files.

You can transfer from any bank to our BCA account. Choose BI-FAST or online transfer so the money arrives within minutes, and make sure the amount matches exactly. Any transfer fee charged by your bank is paid by you.

We check transfers against our BCA statement and usually confirm within a few hours during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 09.00–18.00 WIB). Payments made outside these hours are confirmed the next working day. You'll receive a message as soon as your payment is confirmed.

If you transferred the wrong amount, paid after the timer ran out, or can't see your order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and transfer receipt. We'll sort it out with you.
